Both associations have built programs designed for its own players, which have each expanded and improved dramatically this season. We share the strongest commitment to develop our players, share resources, and some programs serve both clubs.
Both of our programs are now firmly based on the player-centred principles underlying the new national development model. Richmond Girls and Boys clubs now present their development programs under the banner of the “Richmond Development Centre”. Richmond Development Centre (RDC) is our commitment that all of our 3,000 boys and girls will have leading-edge professional soccer development that is “second to none”.
