Soccer development in Richmond will be comprehensive, based on sound player-centred development principles, for all players from Under 5 beginners to Under 18 high performance players, their coaches and officials.

Canada (CSA) and BC Soccer “Long Term Player Development” models are emerging, based on improving club programs.
A comprehensive development program is essential to meet our players evolving needs and expectations.
There is rapid growth of professionalism in BC’s soccer clubs/districts: now 20+ with their own development staff/programs. |
